Yes, I was given responsibility with project handling and communication both internally and externally, and trusted with tasks of high importance.

Enough guidance that I felt supported, but I was not micro-managed or felt like I didn't have any responsibility or freedom.

Thoroughly, I couldn't have asked for a better placement or more welcoming / supportive team. It has helped me massively with confidence and I have learnt so many transferrable skills which I will be able to carry through my future careers with me.
