    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Completing a process twice a day, to catch up on rejected orders that could be served. Being an approver and main contact for internal free of charge orders that are sent out across the UK. Completing monthly reports for both Supply and Launch planning teams. Supporting the Launch team with with weekly procurement checks. Helping with the creation of forecast and submission of new launches.

  • My responsibility levels increased as the placement went on and as my understanding of supply chain and the industry grew. In the final 6 months i was given much more responsibility inn the last 6 months of the placement.

  • Lots of support given, both from my line manager and the team that i was in. Support in both a work sense and also a personal sense if needed.

  • I had a enjoyable year, lots of good socials with the company, within my division, and with my closer team. Lots of opportunities for development of skills that will help in later professional life.
