Overview
My role involves all aspects of business – ranging from Sales and Project Management, to Customer Service and Consultancy. I have built relationships with our customers through being their first point of contact for advice and help. On a day-to-day basis I set up customer meetings, configure their CRMs and hop on teams calls to train users
Skills
Yes! I have developed my organizational and team-working skills further and have learnt new skills in regards to the technical side of the role such as new excel features
Responsibilities
In the beginning, I was behind the screen a lot just communicating to customers via email but now I take a number of customers through the whole onboarding process and have gained a lot of responsibility through setting up add-on projects for them without needing my manager to intervene due to her trusting me

My manager has been exceptional at offering support and guidance throughout, I have not once felt way out of my depth
Culture
Very positive, everyone is exceptionally friendly and supportive of one another.

I have very much enjoyed my placement! I have enjoyed the routine and added responsibility during the working hours as well as the friendships I have made along the way and the social side that came from that
