Overview
Software testing as part of a team, writing scripts on Excel, reviewing scripts, updating scripts based off mural board, executing test scripts, raising bugs and defects.
Skills
Writing and executing test scripts, PHP programming, database management, DevOps.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was given multiple tasks with deadlines that relied on progress as a team, which meant organisation and efficiency was key during each testing phase. This was especially during writing scripts and executing them.
Support & Guidance
There was a huge amount of support readily available whenever there were any uncertainties I had.
Culture
The company culture was very warm and friendly, thriving on the idea of learning from mistakes and improving along the way.

I very much enjoyed my placement, due to the culture and warm atmosphere around me, as well as the experience I had gained in my line of work.
