Overview
My role included working with different data and business metrics, facilitating and preparing daily team meetings, running different reports, and project worked. Once that is done I do nothing for the rest of the day as I'm not given any work by my manager. I believe that he's very incompetent and shouldn't have an intern due to being unable to manage him. This was raised multiple times with other leadership and nothing was done.
Skills
No, the skills i used I learnt whilst I was doing my GCSE's.
Responsibilities
I was not given enough variety and challenge in the work I did therefore, I did not have the responsibilities that come with the variety of work. This was due to the lack of management from my manager as he believed that he was doing a great job without giving me any work for my whole internship
Support & Guidance
Barely any. If i was stuck I would have nobody to ask as nobody knew what I was doing and if I asked my manager he would complain at me even if it is his fault that I was never trained with anything.
Culture
During my time at the company, a vast amount of people have changed jobs due to how bad it is here.
