Overview
analysing data and figures, inputting data onto Valuation reports, items description and costs. conducting measurement using findmaps and other software to work out the cost of construction to apply for capital allowances
Skills
I have learnt how to use excel formulas, concatenate information, input data, measure vast distances using software, how to find rates and index. basic principles of capital allowances
Responsibilities
The responsibility given to me was the correct amount, I was to ensure I check my figures and item descriptions the the values reconcile with the information provided. I also had great support if I was ever unsure about anything.
Support & Guidance
There was a lot of guidance and support from the team, whenever I had questions, answers were always explained in detail.
