Overview
Helping out with rural property management tasks, for example: gathering comparable properties for valuations, attending inspections, mapping land and property, investigating agri-environment scheme options.
Skills
My communication via email, telephone and in-person has improved and I feel more confident. I gained an insight across many different sectors of the business which gave me a rounded and varied experience.
Responsibilities
I feel that I have been given a balance of responsibility alongside guidance throughout my time on placement which made me feel comfortable whilst I was learning and executing new skills.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support both virtually, from graduate/HR support teams and in-office from colleagues who were always willing to help.
Culture
Everybody was kind, supportive and friendly. I always felt like I could ask anybody in the office for help or advice.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed my placement and the experience has encouraged me to pursue a career in this industry/sector.
