Overview
Finding comparables for projects that my team were working on. Calling up agents to request further information. Attended a number of site visits to new residential developments across London. Helping price up schemes. Being in contact with affordable housing RP's
Skills
Improved my ability to think on my feet and telephone skills through contact external letting agents. Improved excel skills. Improved communication skills meeting lots of new people and networking with others throughout the business. Improved time management skills working on a number of projects for different people within the team.
Responsibilities
Yes, tasked wndertaking research and tasks that were then used for projects. Tasked with contacting RP's and letting agents whos answers would then dictate the next steps in the project
Support & Guidance
Everyone in the team was really helpful and always made themselves available to answer any questions and took the time to go through things with me. They were also really helpful in introducing me to others in the business whom they thought could offer helpful advice or whos teams I was interested in.
Culture
All of us interns noticed that it was a really nice environment to work in. Everyone throughout the office was friendly and welcoming and always ready to help. People seemed to get on with each other both in the office and at social events outside of the office.

I really enjoyed my time which was made by the combination of both interesting work and interesting and friendly people.
