Overview
- Insights into all of the different divisions at BofA - Numerous networking opportunities - M&A and trading simulations - Further spotlight sessions into your 2 chosen divisions (out of 6). You can then interview for one of these 2 divisions at the end of the programme - Team-building and other soft skills exercises as well

- Interpersonal communication especially with regards to networking - Leadership through team-building exercises - Public speaking through presenting your ideas to the rest of the group and asking questions

- Definitely exciting to learn about all of the different opportunities within an investment bank - Interesting to learn about how all of these different business functions work together within the bank to achieve a desired outcome
