Overview
Ad-hoc Tasks from sales to gather reports for data they present to clients. Look at data and analyse trends and patterns and present these to managers to highlight areas of success and downfall and how to make improvements. Also look at processes and review them for improvement monthly
Skills
Developed Excel Skills and working under time pressure. Learn to work well in a team and also how to work well with others over teams calls and not in person as this is a new shift after pandemic, Also developing a routine
Responsibilities
Yes, I was treated as a valued member of the team and not a placement student. I was given daily tasks as well as involved heavily with important projects
Support & Guidance
Support was given through training programs when needed through FDM Industry leading qualifications. I completed training in Excel, Salesforce and Scrum Training
Culture
Very involving from the day I joined across all of the London office. Atmosphere in the office makes you enjoy going into work.
