Overview
Assisting my manager in coordinating and facilitating programs. Helping with practical optimization and development as well as general admin and organisation tasks associated with the role.
Skills
Yes, I have improved my ability to prioritize work, communicate ideas clearly, actively listen, take space in meetings and simply introduce myself.
Responsibilities
I was given a lot of responsibility due to team reshuffling. This was an amazing opportunity which I am extremely grateful for
Support & Guidance
I had regular 1:1s with my manager as well as frequent whole cohort meet ups and support was available online too
