Overview
During my time as a Business Consultant iX Intern in Client Transformation I have worked across multiple accounts. Starting as a Culture Garage Lead , I managed communications, planned town halls, produced culture initiatives and events whilst ensuring that the team worked well together. I have been a User Researcher which involved innovating new ideas, working with retail clients, carrying out UX Analysis and designing UX decks. I am now on the a public sector account as a Case Management Business Analyst which is an Agile delivery team.
