  • Analysing sales patterns and taking actions of the back of this to meet targets. These can be price or no-price related actions. Also liaising with other parts of the business around any problems and ensuring units are on sale.

  • Analysis is a big part of the job so definitely developed those skills. Being able to communicate performance is a big part, needing to deliver concise and accurate information. Finally you develop great commercial acumen and deliver direct results for the businesses commercial priorities.

  • Yes, talking control of your own resorts, meaning you are solely responsible for that destination. Also plenty of further opportunities for more responsibility.

  • Be yourself, they love people being unique. Show an interest in travel and TUI specifically, the travel industry is a very large and competitive market so they are really keen in finding people with knowledge around this and are willing to work towards the companies goals.
