Overview
I screened video interviews, answered emails and phone calls, and pulled some data reports into Excel.
Skills
My confidence, my excel skills, how to build a good CV and how to successfully complete a video interview.
Responsibilities
At first not really, although as it progressed, I was given more specific jobs to do for the role.
Support & Guidance
On some parts it was really good, you always had someone to go to for support or help. There were parts/people who were less helpful but overall it was a lot.
Culture
Smaller company so more like a family. Most people new most people and there was always someone you could talk to. Made friends for life and there was mostly never too much pressure put on you.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed my placement and would be happy to come back for part time or permanent work.
Yes
Don’t worry if you don’t know how to do everything right away, with practice and guidance you’ll be able to do it.
