Exploring data and uncovering insights, creating machine learning models to predict outcomes, constructing automated pipelines, data engineering.

Responsibilities
yes. I was given lead responsibility for developing models and scripts on some projects. On projects where I wasn't in charge, I was given equal responsibility to those in charge.
Support & Guidance
My manager was great at explaining and she was very helpful in general. The same extends to the team at large.
Culture
Everyone was very knowledgeable and approachable. I had the freedom to explore my own solutions, but I could also approach anyone to ask for help or clarification.
Your Impressions
I learned a great deal and felt at home. The year flew by, and the experience definitely helped me to get my current job. Would recommend.
Yes
Be confident in trying your own approaches, as the team enjoys new novel approaches. But don't be afraid to ask for help or clarification, as the team is very knowledgeable and helpful.
