Overview
The mornings, particularly for the first two weeks, were filled with practice overview sessions into the different areas of the firm. The afternoons were typically spent in your assigned practice seat and a couple of the evenings involved scheduled dinners and social events.
Skills
I gained a much deeper insight into DSP and capital markets more broadly. I enjoyed the breadth of the work I have had access to.
Business Insight
The vast majority of vacation scheme candidates seek to gain training contracts and the scheme provides an insight into the different areas that you could qualify in alongside the culture of the firm.
Culture
Within the practice, most people seemed to be rather welcoming and always willing to explain things.

It allowed me to meet a really nice group of people.
