Overview
Supporting with the maintenance and rollout of innovation and digital service projects across all divisions within the business. Building and analysing services performance data and communicating local and global best practices with stakeholders across multiple brands.
Skills
The role has developed my analytical skills via the different monthly reports that we build and also my presentation skills when it comes to presenting my data analysis in different platforms. The role has also further developed my project management and communication skills with stakeholders across the business. Supporting them with the end-to-end process of a project rollout.
Responsibilities
I was given a lot of responsibility during my placement. In particular the complete ownership of the rollout of a digital project across multiple brands with the business. Communicating with both local and global stakeholders (internal and external) regarding the project's status, back-end configuration and also best practices in ensuring the project's success.
Support & Guidance
I was given great support and guidance by my managers and stakeholders across the business in regards to my current role but also in regards to career advice.
Culture
The company culture is very friendly and welcoming especially for my function and the wider department that I was in. For me, the company was a very safe and inclusive space.
