Overview
Managing the design and implementation of both promotional POS and permanent fixtures across different retailers for two categories within L'Oréal Paris. Day to day tasks include collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
Skills
YES! The variety of learning opportunities is huge at Loreal, from developing daily used transferable skills to learning about new job roles, I have learnt a great deal and have amazed my self with how much I have personally and professionally developed.
Responsibilities
I was given a vast amount of responsibility during my time at Loreal, having full accountability for all the promotional and permanent POS designed and implemented across the two categories I managed.
Support & Guidance
The amount of support and guidance was very personal and was adapted to what was needed during various times, I would say everyone at Loreal is very supportive when needed but allows you to use your own initiative first which I believe to be a vital aspect to the personal growth I encountered.
