Overview
-Sole responsibility of an inbox which is used by dealers across the country when they have a problem -Validating the prices for each vehicle across different brans which ensures dealers are charged the correct prices -Updating and maintaining an excel file which includes all prices of vehicles (current and older.) This is used by a large portion of the company -Month end tasks

-Excel skills developed and new ones learnt (new formulas etc) - Use of different applications
Responsibilities
Yes- The tasks this placement involved included sole responsibility of responding to dealer emails and validating prices.
Support & Guidance
We experience a handover period where the previous placement teaches the new placement for roughly a month. This makes sure you are trained correctly. Then once the previous placement has left your manager will look after you.
Culture
Very friendly and easy to approach if you are stuck with something. Everyone is willing to help

I enjoyed my placement very much. I like the work from home/office balance

Don't be afraid to ask a question as you learn the most by asking them. Just get involved in everything you can as they hold a lot of open days/experience days
