    • Scheduled learning sessions about different areas of the firm, spending time sitting with my Principal in my assigned practice group, completing tasks and working on an assessed case study project, and reaching out to people for coffee chats to learn about their work.

    Culture

  • 4. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

    • Very warm, supportive and collegiate. It is quite rare to have a vacation scheme where students do not feel like they have to compete against each other. Senior staff were very approachable and willing to make the time to speak with us.
