Overview
Daily Tasks: Identifying resources and allocating them in roles for deployment projects. Submitting Timesheets. Managing a Master Resourcing List and the Absence Planner. Daily Interactions: Resourcing calls with teams in South America and India to identify suitable resources. Interacting with the Commercial team. Responsibilities: Managing a Master Resourcing List - Contains crucial resource information. Managing and maintaing Absence Planners. Projects: Project Manager of an automation project.

Responsibilities
Yes: Managed a Master Resourcing list that contains crucial resourcing information. This information feeds into all paths as information such as start/end dates are important for forecasting activities. Managing the absence planner is also a great responsibility. This file feeds directly into the forecasting process.

Support and guidance was provided immediately when asked.
Culture
At times, personal time outside of work was not respected. Too much pressure was placed on myself for actions that were out of my control. This culture affected the wider team.
