    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Updating annual reviews completing one pagers for projects. My first couple of weeks included: emailing NWM to request nominal and real term CLU’s and compare it to last years figures and understand why the figures differ from last year and what caused this. Completing this task allowed my to practice CPC’s in connected through communicating with numerous divisions and critical thinker as I had to I learned to understand why figures have changed due to real term factors such as War in Russia, technical faults etc. Also, I came to my own conclusions as to why DSCR decreased in a period and MGS had a 1 notch downgrade from 10 to 11 which I discovered was because of a delayed unitary charge payment from the local authority. Which slightly increases the risk that the client is unable to pay back the loan however, an 11 MGS is still a low risk overall.
