Overview
My role involves taking part in learning courses, attending meetings and completing work set to me by my manager and the internship Programme organizers.
Skills
I have developed my confidence, teamwork and organization skills i have also built on my technical computer skills and knowledge of the bank's processes. I have learned alot about new ways of working such as agile learning
Responsibilities
I was not given much responsibility in regards to completing work but faced alot of responsibility in networking, learning and gaining work as much of this was left entirely up to me
