  • - Support the Fleet Sales Team with in-life queries, ordering and general administrative tasks. - Support the Customer Services/Ops Department with finding operational process efficiency improvements. - Regular communication with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.

    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • Yes I was given responsibility to tackle a backlog, identify the process issues and improve the process. I then was given the opportunity to own and manage this process throughout the remaining duration of my placement. I also received responsibility to take ownership of various elements of business wide projects.

  • I received lots of support from my immediate department to develop my skills, take on new challenges and responsibilities. I also received lots of support from HR / L&D department on multiple training courses.

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • I really enjoyed my placement because I felt as an equal and really supported start to finish of my placement to make the most out of my year, I have been a strong advocate of VWFS UK as an employer and placement student provider to friends at University and at my previous college.
