Overview
Tasks included producing reports on weekly debt, overheads, hours and expenses claimed for the cluster, forecast submissions, reports on who has joined/left the account last month, and procurement tasks too.
Skills
Miscrosoft Excel, Communication, Collaboration, Resilience, Organistion and Time-Management.
Responsibilities
Yes, responsibility given from the moment you start. Instructions provided and you just get on with it.
Support & Guidance
I wasn't given a physical andover, I had to learn from a Word Document however help was given whenever asked for.
Culture
Company culture is amazing, lots of flexibility and so many young professionals which makes the atmosphere very lively and fun. There are great experienced and senior people in the company which as a young professional is great to hear about and network with talented people.
Your Impressions
I had an incredible year at IBM, it was a great opportunity for me to get experience into the corporate enviorment and made some great connections and friends along the way.

Be yourself. IBM looks for whether or not you will fit in with the team. Be passionate about what you have an interest in and don't be shy to really sell yourself.
