Overview
Huge variety of work from legal drafting to ad-hoc research to proofreading of documents. Associates and trainees very open and happy to give you work and insight into their career paths and their work!
Skills
Developed written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical and research skills.
Business Insight
The associates and trainees gave lots of information about the kind of work that they do, both from a legal standpoint as well as a business development one.

Non-legal experience is just as important as legal experience, what is crucial is your understanding of the key competencies of a successful commercial lawyer and applying your experiences and takeaways from those to the key competencies.
