Yes
Non-legal experience is just as important as legal experience, what is crucial is your understanding of the key competencies of a successful commercial lawyer and applying your experiences and takeaways from those to the key competencies. Also, commercial awareness is not just a buzz word. Commercial awareness is involved in everything you do in a commercial law firm and this commercial mindedness is what draws clients to Baker.
