Overview
Usually I work on Business-as-usual content updates to the National and Centre websites, working on projects to optimise content, helping with Retail Concept screens, team and stakeholder meetings.
Skills
Yes, I would say time/stakeholder management, creativity, collaboration, my confidence, ability to complete tasks to a higher standard
Responsibilities
Yes! I definitely didn't feel like a student, i was given responsibility that was business critical at times and I f felt like I was able to make a difference
Support & Guidance
A lot from our managers, I had 2 catch ups per week to check in on things with him, and was honest about my work load etc.
Culture
company culture was great! really supportive and positive
