Overview
Looking at fundamental research and working on current commercial needs. Formulating and testing different additive packages

Communication and socialisation in the workplace. Developed organisational and time management skills further. Adaptation to the working hours.

Yes. Responsibility to get things done in the lab alone and given tasks involving the need to coordinate with different people to complete the work
