Overview
Various interactive activities involving working with others like taking part in a debate and planning and practicing delivering a lesson. Also listening to panels and talks on the skills needed for teaching.
Skills
Worked on organisation and planning skills, how to carry authority as a school teacher and the motivation behind a more ethically driven Teach First vision for teaching.
Business Insight
Interesting to hear from people who had previously gone through the programme and the diverse roles they took after their training.
Culture
Everyone was extremely helpful and accomodating, answering all questions people raised. All the participants were respectful and kind, they managed to be one of the only instances of zoom not being awkward.

Enjoyed it way more than I expected! Much more interactive and hands on than I expected they really make the most of your time.
