The Role
Really good student culture and given plenty of responsibility.
Never treated like a temporary member of staff and valued highly, never taken for granted.
It helped that my manager sat right next to me but since I tended to ask questions quite often I got all the support I needed
There is always a job to do so hardly any times of boredom or demotivation.
Involved in big projects and meetings so able to make a significant contribution.
Clear to see how theory is put in practise and the routine of working hard each day will prepare me for the final year at University.
The Company
Online training available whenever required. Testing times meant no external training was feesible.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Have been told the company puts its IP's first in line to graduate roles but may not be sponsoring for Accounting exams in the near future.
The Culture
Nights out were frequent and I lived with 6 other friends from work.
London is enarby which is generally expensive but anyone can have a good night out within a budget.
Uxbridge isn't the best place to go out but the surrounding areas are within reach and you can easily get the tube in to London
Played football with my team, went on team outings.
