Overview
I would have a daily meeting with my team. I was giving real world tasks to do within the team. I also had a group project with interns that was one afternoon a week.
Skills
Yeah, I have learned greater problem solving skills, the ability to network, using agile methodologies, and other skills
Responsibilities
I was giving real world tasks that the team needed to do so I felt like I had a lot of responsibility in this respect.
Support & Guidance
Lots I had a graduate and a manager that was specifically there for my support. In addition, my actual manager and team were all really supportive and available to ask for help.
Culture
It's a culture of personal responsibility in that you do what you think works best for you. Theres also a culture of openness and approachability. You can approach anyone and ask about their role. And everyone is there to help you.
Your Impressions
I have thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend to anyone.
Yes
Come in with an open mind and don't be afraid to grab opportunities. Whether that is asking someone about what they do, events, or even just asking for help.
