Overview
As an intern trainee with the implementation team - my day-to-day invovles working on multiple projects, following up with calls within scrums and teams, I shadowed and spoke to a range of people within the organisation to understand the bank better. I also worked on a business project to help Natwest with a problem they had and presented this to a range of managers
Skills
Learnt many new skills and built up my CPCs - I also learnt a lot skills from the Natwest Group Academy - from data literacy to agile methodology. I developed my presentation and networking skills!
Responsibilities
I had a lot of responsibility to manage my own time and work on my projects. It was my honorous to manage my calls and timing well and I was helped with this!
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support and guidance from my managers and my graduate buddies. They helped me with any problems / helping with my projects and daily advice!
Culture
The company culture and atmosphere is amazing - super friendly and enjoyable. It is easy to talk to anyone and everyone!

I loved my placement - hopefully I can comeback for the Grad Scheme and build up my career at NatWest.
