Overview
Attending meetings with my team, graduate buddy and senior mentor. We have two projects to work on as well : our intern learning project and then the project we do where we help develop something for the bank.
Skills
I have developed on my time and meeting organisational skills, learnt a new programming language and extensively learnt how to use a new graphing software
Responsibilities
Yes, I was given my own project to work on with a team that had international developers too so I had to organise my time well to account for time zones for meetings and developing the project.
Support & Guidance
Due to managers and teams being quite busy at the start of the internship sometimes it was hard to get support quickly but everyone was very friendly and supportive overall and once I better understood my tasks and needed less help it wasnt an issue at all.
Culture
Super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Not a bad word to say.
Your Impressions
Really enjoyed. My team, the interns and everyone else I have met have been so lovely and friendly, I have enjoyed working and after work activities with them a lot. The project was also interesting
