Overview
Collecting information, preparing construction related documents and doing AutoCad drawings
Skills
My AutoCad skills have improved greatly as well as soft skills like, presenting, handling stakeholders and using different softwares
Responsibilities
At certain points of the year I have had a reasonable amount of responsibility however for most of it not that much
Support & Guidance
There has been plenty of support on demand but not necessarily a good formal structure for my development
Culture
It's a great culture, very respectful and understanding. Very good on inclusion and very few personality problems
Your Impressions
I did enjoy the work a lot and some of the things I've gotten to experience, however it has been slightly isolating due to me being the only intern in my office
Yes
To try and get organised early on to understand where you find information/ help rather than relying on people to hand it to you
