Overview
On a day to day basis we served customers and delivered and collected lots of cars during the week to give to customers and make sure that we had the right car. We also do a lot of sales for excess protection
Skills
Yes I have learnt customer service and I have enhanced my time management and sales skills
Responsibilities
We were given the same responsibility as everyone else at our level to feel inclusive but to also get a real understanding of what it is like to work at enterprise

We had a lot of support from peers and managers when developing and they gave us a lot of encouragement to complete tasks

It’s good and bubbly and supportive

I really enjoyed it lots of things to do and I get a chance to test drive cars
