Overview
Working as part of a team which revolves around agile development. Had daily stand-ups where blockers were discussed and resolved. Was in charge of my project from the design stage to the testing stage.
Skills
I learnt interpersonal skills, and developed me technical capability through learning and leveraging new technology stacks.
Responsibilities
Yes I was given a lot of responsibility, within the first 3 weeks I was given my own project to work on and deliver. I was also in charge of my time and I was responsible for the completion of my work.
Support & Guidance
I was given a lot of support by my team and in particular my manager.
Culture
The company had a very diverse culture, where excellence could be seen throughout. The general atmosphere that I felt was revolved around hunger and the need to do well.
