Overview
I shadow members of the commercial team which involves site inspections, contacting clients/ tenants to sort problems, showing clients around sites to rent or purchase and the valuation of sites.
Skills
I have developed my problems solving, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
Yes, from the start they gave my a large amount of responsibility. I was involved with dealing with clients and tenants from the first day which has allowed me to massively develop and prepare me for a surveying job.
Support & Guidance
I had a huge amount of support from the start. I have come from a non property related degree but with the help of everyone they have allowed me to flourish and really enjoy my placement. .
Culture
The company culture is great, there is a real buzz around the place. Everyone is really friendly and welcoming

I have really enjoyed my summer placement, I think the biggest asset to this company is the culture and people. There is a real buzz and welcoming atmosphere at the company.
