Overview
Shadowing/learning from my team, performing small tasks on client projects for them.
Skills
I have learnt new technical skills and developed my existing ones. I have gained a better insight into consulting skills
Responsibilities
It was only a month long, so it was hard to be given a lot of responsibility but I was tasked with fixing bugs on real client projects so I had some level of responsibility.
Support & Guidance
Plenty
Culture
Good! Very nice and friendly people and there is not a heavy emphasis on working crazy hours. Everyone appears to have a good work-life balance
Your Impressions
I feel like it being only one month long meant that I didn't feel like I was really working there, it was a very quick program. I did however enjoy it a lot and feel that I got plenty out of it.
Yes
Just be yourself, they value enthusiasm and curiosity more pure academics.
