Overview
Audit intern, would help the company audit and review different companies and ensure they are upholding the correct accountancy practices and standards.
Skills
The role has both helped to develop my excel skills, while I have also learnt how to work well in a team and how to collaborate with other towards achieving a goal.
Responsibilities
There was a large degree of responsibility within the work, but all the work that was carried out was overseen by a senior member of staff.
Support & Guidance
The support and guidance during the internship was excellent, there was numerous people making sure you felt comfortable for the duration of the internship, with specific people assigned to help you work towards your goals.
Culture
Everyone was super friendly and made it a pleasure to work for the company. The atmosphere is relaxed but still professional, which is a perfect balance and the new employees were made to feel welcome instantly.
Your Impressions
Enjoyed it to a large extent, the only thing is it could have been slightly longer as 4 weeks felt quite short.
