Overview
Supporting the team, getting to know the team, learning and development, business development.
Skills
I have learnt many new skills. I have massively improved my networking abilities, my creative ability has increased, I have learnt a lot about how a consultant works and how a successful consulting firm operates etc..
Responsibilities
I was placed on a business development project and was given the full ability to contribute and be creative, even having a few of my suggestions implemented.
Support & Guidance
Everyone is super friendly and very eager to help/get to know you.
Culture
The culture at EY is nothing what I expected it to be like -> it is extremly friendly with everyone being down to earth and willing to talk to you. This includes partners, one of which I had a 20 minute conversation with about football!

Be outgoing, especially when meeting members of the team and actively going out to people and ask to be on projects.
