Overview
Answering phone calls and sending emails, speaking with customers, businesses and insurance companies. Serving walk-in customers and checking them into vehicles. Delivering and collecting vehicles. Cleaning cars. Marketing with local accounts and visiting them to keep good relationships.

Responsibilities
Yes, after so many months we are given the opportunity to run the day, ensuring the fleet is ready for customers and deliveries/collections can be done on time. Also given the responsibility to help and train new starters to the team.

A lot! I’ve enjoyed working with everyone I’ve met and have become good friends with many of them.
Culture
Everyone very chatty, great people to work with. The company are generally quite generous when giving out bonuses however we have to work hard for them.
Your Impressions
I have really enjoyed my time on placement! Overall everyone I’ve worked with have been great and I’ve certainly learnt a lot and become a more confident person and taken many skills away after the 12 months.
Yes
A great place to work and you’ll meet some amazing people and have fun! You will certainly earn a good wage and be able to increase your salary through bonuses however the hours can be quite long so you need to have a good work ethic.
