Overview
I am responsible for running my own desk (area of the business) finding clients to get business from and then sourcing for these positions
Skills
This year has developed my professional skills 10 fold! I feel much more confident in myself when it comes to professional interactions and my value as an employee
Responsibilities
I was completely responsible for dealing with the clients I was allocated, though I could ask for help if needed
Support & Guidance
I was supported by everyone in the office not just direct managers - that’s something hays is really good at!

Busy, fun sometimes stressful- always someone to have a laugh with

I really enjoyed it, even though it’s not what I want to do after uni it has given me the skills and the network that I will need,
Yes
It’s not for everybody, it’s can be stressful and hard work but you will get so much out of the experience
