The Role
I did enjoy the 3-day insights academy although it was quite intense. It was a great experience.
Everyone there is really friendly even we are actually competing for a limited place for placement offer.
The facilitators gave us full support and provided us with valuable advise and guidance when we were doing our tasks.
We had breaks between activities and we had drinks at nights in the bar.
We were given full responsibility on all the virtual business scenarios and group tasks.
The 3-day insight academy gave me an idea of how assessment centres run and will well prepare me for other interviews and assessments.
The Company
It was quite okay, everyone talked to each other and we had some fun activities too.
It was quite organised and well structured, we did have a dry run before we had the real assessed tasks.
Even this is only an insights academy for 1st year students, the company actually took it seriously and gave me a good impression. I think they will definitely invest more when I get the placement offer.
Company Parties/Events
Yes, I would really like to work for them!
The Culture
Yes, everyone talked to each other and worked together towards the same goal.
N/A since it is just a 3-day insight academy
