Overview
I am a 360 recruitment consultant, meaning that I manage both the client and candidate side of things. 8:30am - check emails 9:am - morning meeting 9:30am - 12pm - Business development calls 12-1pm - lunch break 2-4pm - follow up business development and candidate interviews 4:30pm - end of day meeting 5-5:30pm - finish emails / admin
Skills
I have developed my negotiation, communication and resilience. This is a sales job so you have to deal with a lot of variables that are often outside your control. Thus, I feel as though I have thoroughly developed my resilience and confidence throughout the process
Responsibilities
Yes,I was given a lot of responsibility but also overseen by my manager closely
Support & Guidance
I felt that I was well supported throughout the process by both my colleagues and my manager. Sometimes I felt like I was given a bit too much responsibility which made me feel like I was not as supported
Culture
Pretty good. I feel like everyone gets along most of the time
Your Impressions
I would say I enjoyed it overall. There have been days where things were stressful and I have worked overtime however, I felt as though overall I did well on my desk and hit all of my targets

I would say to them to try it out for a year, but if it is not for you then that is okay too.
