Overview
Coordinating the Talent Acquisition team and the intern cohort. Scheduling and creating social media posts and pulling together reports. Overseeing projects which includes attraction strategies and DE&I projects. Daily management of team inboxes.
Skills
Presentation skills, liaising with, and managing stakeholder expectations (internal and external), reporting and collating/analysing data, designing social media posts, working under pressure, time management.
Responsibilities
A lot, had to manage my own time and projects and could take on additional responsibilities. Expected to make decisions without going through my manager
Support & Guidance
Enough. Great team around me but felt isolating at times as i didn't work with anyone else in my office - great communication via teams though.
Culture
Fast paced, very sales and target driven, large drinking culture on 'period ends', friendly but managers care a lot about hitting targets
Your Impressions
There were good and bad days, as there would be with any corporate job. I enjoyed working with my team and working on projects that were of particular interest to me.
No
Be prepared to work under a lot of pressure and expected to meet targets pretty quickly. If you are sales and money driven then this place is definitely for you.
