Overview
Analysing aerodynamic data with the aid of MATLAB and scripts. Working as part of a team and fulfilling requests from the team in how they would like the data to be compared. Designing and testing propeller designs with the help of CAD and simulation software.
Skills
I have developed my teamwork skills as well as my technical experience in engineering. My MATLAB skills has gone from extremely basic to very confident. My presentation skills have improved as-well.
Responsibilities
I was in charge of comparing wind tunnel test data so I had to make sure that I didn’t make any errors because my boss trusted my work.
Support & Guidance
I was taught how to use their in house and industry software. Along the way if I had any questions they never hesitated to give me support.
Culture
Very chilled out. It was a comfortable office with a good vibe and great people who were more than happy to teach you and support you.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed getting to know the team. It was a fascinating introduction to engineering and it has made me sure that engineering is what I want to do for a career

Make sure you ask as many questions as you can and learn as much as you can. The people are very good help and you will get so much out of it.
