Overview
On a day to day basis I registered candidates and filled roles that were needed to be filled.
Skills
Yes I developed really good communication skills as I am always on the phone speaking to clients and candidates
Responsibilities
Yes I was given a lot of responsibilities as I was in charge of making sure city of london and kier were happy with the candidates provided who is my client. As well as this I was in charge of making sure my candidates got paid on time.
Support & Guidance
I received guidance from my manager Sumayya Datoo. Who has been the absolute best in teaching me and training me to be up to speed as other consultants at hays. She has been nothing but the best.
Culture
The atmosphere at hays has been very positive and I have met many humble people who are always willing to help.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed my placement to the fullest, every day has been a different challenge and I have always been very busy with the workload given.
