Responsibilities
Responsibility gradually increased as I progressed through the placement: starting off with smaller tasks and ending up with being responsible for larger areas of reports and team projects.
Support & Guidance
Lots of support available - weekly touch points with my people leader and team were great opportunities to raise any areas of concern and ask for help.
Culture
Very accepting and accommodating. Flexible working was very helpful. Plenty of team building exercises and opportunities to get to know the wider team.
Your Impressions
Very enjoyable, developed my personal and professional skills more than I could have hoped for. Great place to work and in particular a great place to start your career as there was plenty of training opportunities and a huge emphasis on young talent.
