Business Insight
They made it easy to learn about my specific business area, providing lots of resources to do so. They also highlighted other areas and roles in the business that I could go into
Culture
The culture was very friendly and relaxed. They promoted autonomy and allowed us to be independent with how we worked and even how we dressed. There was a real culture around working as a team and getting to know each other in and out of the office.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed having an insight into financial services that I hadn't had previously. I also enjoyed working within a close team to produce work that makes an impact.
