The Role
This was an extremely enjoyable week and I met some great people. There was a clear structure and it gave a thorough and honest insight into life at the FSA.

Extremely well organised.
The FSA get very little out of the week for themselves, so in this sense money was spent on our personal development and training only.
Company Parties/Events
There is a small advantage to attending this event when applying for internships but it could be more much more significant.
The Culture
Yes. You stay in the same hotel and get to eat out every night!
